What can you help with?

What is an AI helper?
Software that can read, write and follow instructions, like a very fast assistant. We set it up to do a specific job in your business.
Do I need to be good with computers?
No. If you can use a phone, you can use it. We do all the setting up.
Are you new to AI?
Super AI Guy is a new name, but we've been working hands-on with AI and automation for years.
How long does it take?
Simple helpers can be ready in a week or two. Bigger projects take longer. You'll get a timeline with your quote.
Day to day
Do I have to check everything it does?
You decide. Most people approve everything at first, then let it handle the simple stuff on its own.
What if it gets something wrong?
Tell us and we'll fix it, usually the same day. Anything important waits for your OK, so mistakes get caught.
Do you just build it and leave?
No. Looking after it is part of the deal. We keep an eye on it and keep improving it.
Does it work with my apps?
Almost certainly. We work with Xero, MYOB, Shopify, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Tradify and lots more.
Safety
Can it get into my bank account?
No. It never touches bank logins, payments or payroll.
Where is my information kept?
In your own accounts. We tell you exactly where before you sign. Read our data promise.
Cost
How much does it cost?
It depends on the job, so we quote each business: a fixed setup price, then a small monthly care plan. Call 022 537 3809 for a straight answer.
Can I cancel?
Yes, with 30 days' notice. You keep your accounts and everything we set up.
